A united response to  a national challenge

The Challenge

The recent CCA Australian State of the Nation report highlighted serious gaps in IBD care, from variation in treatment to inequitable access and rising costs. Without Clinical Care Standards and transparent benchmarking, people with IBD risk missing out on the care they deserve.

The Response

CCCure is spearheading IBD-PERFECT as the logical response to the care gaps and inequities outlined in the SOTN report. IBD-PERFECT will make real-world care outcomes visible, enabling all stakeholders to see and act on areas of need, learning from and helping each other.

Where do the IBD-PERFECT data come from?

Presently, all data from the key metrics come from Crohn's Colitis Care.

Can my site participate if we are not using CCCare?

Yes, however your current documentation system/EMR would need to have the ability to send the appropriate data for the metrics to be calculated. If you are interested in learning more, inquire via contact page.

What does IBD-PERFECT cost?

Good news! It's free. It's a direct benefit of using CCCare.

Do other people have access to our site's data?

Only sites and CCCure staff can access site-level data.

Are there any data privacy risks?

No. We are compliant with all necessary privacy and security regulations within ANZ.

Does IBD-PERFECT have any benefits other than care outcomes?

Yes! IBD-PERFECT will also help with providing real-time data on your workload and resourcing, compared to other sites to assist with business case formulation. IBD-PERFECT can also be used to complete your annual IBD Service quality audit.
